Not satisfied with your Bibelotte product?

We can hardly imagine it, but alright. Of course, you can return products if you decide not to keep them. (excluding custom-made items) Below you can find information on how to return.

Returning items

  • We have a return period of 14 days.
  • Except for storage furniture and custom-made wallpaper, these cannot be returned.
  • Before sending your return shipment to Bibelotte, please notify us. Unnotified returns will not be credited.
  • You can notify us of returns via email at [email protected].
  • The costs of the return shipment are at your expense.
  • You can send returns to: Bibelotte Returns, Bospoort 11b 6711 BT Ede
  • Don't forget to include your name and order number so we can locate your order in our system.
  • The amount owed for the order will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned items to the account used for payment.
  • If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. If you return part of the order, you will be refunded the amount of the returned item.

Bibelotte reserves the right to credit only a portion of the amount if there is reason to suspect that the products have been used or damaged after receipt.

Impurities in the wood

Our furniture is made of wood. Wood is a natural material with a visible grain structure. Small imperfections are also part of it. Of course, we sand all the furniture well before they go to the paint shop, but a small dent or groove cannot be avoided. Therefore, we do not provide guarantees or discounts on these. We always check the furniture before it is sent your way. And if the paint gets damaged during transport, we will resolve it properly.

First check, then hang

We deliver high-quality wallpaper. However, it can happen that a mistake creeps in, such as a printing stripe or misprint. Therefore, we recommend checking the print before applying the wallpaper strips to the wall. If you spot an error before or during hanging, please contact us. As long as the wallpaper is not yet on the wall, we will immediately send you new rolls! Again: check the wallpaper beforehand. This prevents you from having to reapply everything. Once you have processed the wallpaper, we will no longer address complaints.
